【Abstract】 The samples of 0.91(Sr_0.84Pb_0.16)TiO₃+0.09（Bi₂O₃·3TiO₂）dielectric Ceramics（abbreviated as SrTiO3 based Ceramics）were Prepared by the standard Solid-state reaction method,and their dielectric Spectra,Viz,dielectric temperature spectrum and dielectric frequency spectrum were investigated in detail.The structure phase transition,Curie temperature,dielectric relaxation frequency and dielectric relaxation time of this ceramics were determined by the dielectric spectra and a discussion was made on them.更多还原
