BaTiO3PTC陶瓷居里温度与添加剂的关系
The Relation Between Curie-Temperature of BaTiO3 PTC Ceramic and its Additive
【摘要】 本文论述ＢａＴｉＯ３ＰＴＣ陶瓷居里温度Ｔｃ与其添加剂Ｐｂ、Ｓｒ的关系，并从理论上得到计算Ｔｃ的公式，Ｔｃ＝１２０（１－ｘ）＋ＴＡｘ并及实验方法和结论。
【Abstract】 In this paper the relation between the curie-Temperature of BaTiO3 PTC ceramic and its additive Pb and Sr is discussed together with experimental methods.A formula T_c=120(1-x)+T_Ax,where T_c is the Curie-Temperature and T_A is the Curie-Temperature of the additive,is presented theoretically.
