高灵敏度催化元件的研制
The Preparation of the Sensitive Catalytic Gas Sensor
【摘要】 本文通过对元件进行表面修饰研制了三种类型气敏催化元件。结果表明,C类催化元件所测气体具有较高的灵敏度和选择性;元件的响应时间为Trs<30s,恢复时间Tre<1min,变异系数CV<5%,标准偏差为SD=5.37%,平均收率为99.05%。元件的灵敏度为159mV/1%丁烷,在0.01%~1.65%范围内具有良好的线性,可用于石油液化气的检测与报警装置
【Abstract】 Three kinds of catalytic gas sensors have been prepapared. The response time is about 30 seconds and the resuming time is about 1 minute. It appers that the sort of C senser is more sensitive and selective. It can be used to measure C 4H 10 andLPG quantitatively. The sensor responds linearly between 91.46~16463ppm. It life expectancy has been observed.
