【Abstract】 The method of the determination of fluorine in urine is offered by flow injective fluorine detector. It has the merits that they are of fast analytical speed,high precise and little reagents. When the fluorine concetration of the determined sample urine is 0.31mg/L.The rate of recovery is 98.2%, the coefficient variation 1.6%,urine volume to be injected is 100μ L, analytical speed is 60 times per hour. There is a linear relationship obeyed in range of 0.05-10mg/L between the content of concentration of fluorine and peak height.更多还原
