流动注射测氟仪测定尿氟含量

【摘要】 本文提出了用F—1型流动注射测氟仪测定尿氟含量的方法。此方法具有分析速度快、准确度高和使用试剂少等优点。测定样品含氟浓度为0.319mg/L时,回收率为98.2%,变异系数为1.6%,进样量为100μL,分析速度60次/h,线性范围0.05~10mg/L。

【Abstract】 The method of the determination of fluorine in urine is offered by flow injective fluorine detector. It has the merits that they are of fast analytical speed,high precise and little reagents. When the fluorine concetration of the determined sample urine is 0.31mg/L.The rate of recovery is 98.2%, the coefficient variation 1.6%,urine volume to be injected is 100μ L, analytical speed is 60 times per hour. There is a linear relationship obeyed in range of 0.05-10mg/L between the content of concentration of fluorine and peak height.
