柔性仿生技术的研究与应用
Research and Applications of Flexible Bionics Technology
【摘要】 针对挖掘、装卸和运输机械以粘性物料为工作对象时存在的物料粘附问题,根据土壤动物柔性非光滑体表的防粘特性所提供的仿生信息,进行了柔性仿生技术的设计研究。在滚轮堆取料机、挖掘机和装载机上所作的实际应用试验表明,柔性仿生技术具有良好的减粘脱附效果,预期其应用前景广阔。
【Abstract】 On the basis of bionics principles, a flexible bionics technology was designed in order to solve the adhesive problem of viscous bulk materials to workingcomponents of excavating machines, loaders and transporters. Spot tests of the flexible bionics technology for the coal shovel gear, excavating machine and loader werecarried out under practical conditions. The test results showed that the flexiblebionics technology had obvious anti-adhesion effect. Its broad application prospectsmay be anticipated.
