铝粉银粉急冷雾化制备过程分析和冷却速率计算
Analysis of Rapidlg Quenchied Atomization Process for Manufacturing Al and Ag Powders and Calculation of the Cooling Rate
【摘要】 用自行设计和制造的高压气体离心旋转雾化制粉装置成功地制备出铝粉、银粉和其它金属粉末,以及多种非晶、准晶和微晶粉末。制得粉末的平均粒径为5~15μm,形态为球形或类球形。经过对实际雾化过程分析和计算证实设备的冷却速率为10 ̄5~10 ̄7K/s。
【Abstract】 The powders of Al and Ag or other metals are prepared by a high pressure gas-centrifugal rotation disc atomization equipment.Various kinds of amorphous,quasicrystalline,and microcrystalline powders can be obtained.The average diameter of powders prepared is 5 ̄15μm.SEM observation shows that the shapes of powders appear sphere or quasisphere.The cooling rate is theoretically estimated from the analysis of practical atomization process to be 10 ̄5~10 ̄7K/s.
