【摘要】 介绍了国内首次研制的光缆ＣＡＴＶ用１．３μｍＤＦＢ激光器组件。组件工作频带达到１ＧＨｚ，带内起伏＜１ｄＢ；组件的ＲＩＮ＜－１５３ｄＢ／Ｈｚ；出纤光功率＞２ｍＷ；载噪比ＣＮＲ＞５０ｄＢ。首次实现用低反射尖锥端光纤和ＤＦＢ激光器耦合。初步研究了ＤＦＢ激光器的非线性补偿电路，使互调改善了近８ｄＢ。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper, an 1. 3μm DPB laser module with an 1GHz bandwidth and RIN<-153dB/Hz is described. The low reflectance couple between laser chip and fiber is realized firstly with the conical end fiber. The distorter in MI because of L-I nonlinearity of DFB laser is improved about 8dB with compensation.更多还原
