声发射预测刀具破损的研究
Study on Predicting Cutting Tool Breakage with Acoustic Emission
【摘要】 介绍一种用声发射(AE)进行刀具破损预测的方法。试验结果证明,刀具破损前会出现预兆性的AE信号,并可把该信号从背景噪声中检测出来。该方法使用的检测系统具有成本低、能耗低和结构简单的特点。
【Abstract】 This paper introduces a method used to predict cutting tool breakage by Acoustic Emission(AE).Tests show that AE signals may be detected from background noises in cutting process, a few hundreds millisecond before tool break down abrupt. The predictability of cutting tool breakage is proved. thug this method, the monitoring system should be of lower cost, lower energy consume and simplier construction.
