【Abstract】 In this paper, the function of beam splitters used in laser interferometers of phase subdivision model is introduced. The Jones matrix of plane glass plate as a polarizer is found. Then, foe character of double plate beam splitter, its function in optical path and the influence on measuring results are analyzed.更多还原
