【Abstract】 60 strains of rhizobia have been isolated from more than 400 samples of root nodules which dispersed over 36 genera, 98 species of legumes in some areas of Gansu Province and Ningxia Autonomous Region. The total rate of isolation is 87%. The most of which were tested infecting in 22 model species that belong to 20 genera as host,81.2%strains of tested rhizobia can nodule with host plants.The methods of sampling root nodule in arid area and rhizobia isolated from nodules and infected with its host were discussed.更多还原
