【摘要】 对两种吸水剂在不同相对湿度条件下的吸水能力和保水能力等特性进行了研究，并以小麦种子为植物材料，观察了不同吸水程度的吸水剂与干种子对水分的竞争能力。结果表明，吸水剂对环境中水分的吸收及对种子释放水分是相互矛盾的，一般情况下，吸水剂不可能向环境中吸收水分而后供给种子萌发更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper deals with some characteristics of water absorbtion and retaining ability of water absorbents of two kinds under different relative humidity environmental conditions.The competitive effects of water absorbents on seed germination was studied by placing wheat seeds on water absorbent substracts with different water contents.The results showed that there was a contradiction between water absorbent in using environmental moisture and releasing moisture for wheat seed germination.Under the common practical situation,it is impossible for water absorbents to absorb environmental moisture and then to provide moisture for wheat seed germination.更多还原
