磁环境条件对小麦抗旱性的影响
The Effects of Magnetic Environment Upon Wheat under Drought Stress
【摘要】 通过盆栽试验模拟干旱,在小麦整个生育期进行磁场处理,小麦叶细胞膜相对透性,磁环境条件下生长小麦<磁场处理小麦种子<对照。且磁环境条件下生长小麦与正常生长小麦叶细胞膜相对透性很接近,说明受干旱处理后细胞膜伤害程度较弱,因而磁环境下生长小麦具有明显的抗干旱能力。由小麦叶组织含水量、自由水、束缚水测定结果显示,小麦叶组织含水量、自由水、束缚水随磁场强度的增强而增大,且在同一条件下,自由水利束缚水的比率对照>磁场处理。小麦叶组织水分含量的磁场效应皆为正值,随温度升高,磁场效应有增大的趋势,同时在干旱时,温度对小麦叶组织含水量、自由水有负影响。
【Abstract】 Pot experiments were conducted to sim ulate drought conditions for car-rying out magnetic field treatment of relative permeability of plasma membrance inleaves of Triticum aestovum In the case of magnetic environment,the growing wheat wasless than the wheat seeds treated in magnetic field, beling less than the control d uringthe whole development and growth stage.The relative permeability of plasma mem-brance of growing wheat in magnetic environment and the normal growing wheat wasvery close to each other,thus,indicating that the injury of plasma membrance treatedunder drought stress was very slight so that the growing wheat under the magnetic envi-ronment had an apparent ability to resist drought,The results from water content,freewater and bound water in wheat leaf tiss ues indicated that water content,free water andbound water in wheat leaf tiss ues increased with the growth in magnetic strength.Underthe same conditions,the ratio between free water and bound water in the control wasmore than that in magnetic field treatment.The magnetic effect of water content inwheat leaf tissues was the positive value. With the temperature rises,the effect of mag-netic field tends to increase,and meanwhile in drought,temperature had the negatlve ef-fect upon water conten and free water in wheat leaf tissues.
