【摘要】 实验选用ＳＤ乳鼠，取心尖作心肌细胞培养。实验组加血管紧张素Ⅱ（ＡｕｇⅡ），对照组加等量生理盐水，加液后于２小时、１天、３天和第７天终止培养。利用ｃ－Ｆｏｓ的免疫组织化学技术检测Ｆｏｓ蛋白在两组中的表达强度。结果表明：①加液后２小时，加ＡｕｇⅡ组和加生理盐水组心肌细胞均呈阳性表达。②加液后１天、３天，实验组弱阳性表达，对照组未见表达。③加液持续作用７天后，加ＡｕｇⅡ组心肌细胞肥大已形成，可见胞体很大的心肌细胞呈强阳性表达，而加生理盐水组无表达、结果提示：ｃ－Ｆｏｓ基因可能参与心肌肥大的病理过程。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the present study, the cultures of myocardial cells which came from cardiac apex ofrat were diveided into 2 groups: Aug Ⅱ induced group and saline control group. The stimulation were separately stopped at 2 hour, the lst day, the 3rd day and the 7th day. The expression of Fos was examined by using c-Fos immunohistochemical technique. The resultsindicate that c-Fos expression in Aug Ⅱ induced group was higher than that in saline controlgroup. Our investigation suggests that the overexpression of c-Fos pretein is closely relatedto cardiac hypertrophy.更多还原
