【摘要】 我院自1971—1990年,应用人工股骨头置换、闭合复位螺纹钉内固定、(肌)骨瓣转移植骨术三种手术治疗方法,治疗了股骨颈骨折共780例,其中随访428例.采用Garden分型及d Aubinge评定.经统计检验后发现:1、三种手术治疗方法在并发症、治愈率及远期治疗效果等方面有显著的区别.2、在临床选用上应严格掌握各手术指征,适当选择手术方法,是可以防止和减少并发症的发生.更多还原

【Abstract】 From 1971-1990, 780 cases of femoral neck fracture were managed with artificial femoral head replacement、pin screw internal fixation and bone graft with vascularized muscle pedicle, respectively. 428 cases were followed up, assessed with Garden classification and d Aubeingne score. There exist evident differences in complications , cure rate and late result among cases treated with 3 methods above. So the indication must be selected strictly to reduce complications.更多还原
