【摘要】 自1993年12月以来,本科采用脊往前路减压、Kaneda内固定术共治疗腰椎体爆裂性骨折并不完全截瘫8例,随访1～1.5年,均获得满意效果.作者体会到本手术方法行椎管前方减压方便、彻底,Kaneda内固定后脊往稳定性好,又只固定三个椎体,术后对脊柱活动功能影响较小,有利于病情康复.更多还原

【Abstract】 The operation of anterior rout decompression and Kaneda internal fixation had been used in 8 cases with bursting fracture of lumbar vertebral body with incomplote paraplegia and gained satisfactory results through 1-1. 5 year’s follow-up. We believe this procedure has following advantages: convenient and thorough decompression through the anterior rout way of spine,good spine stability after internal fixation of only three vertebral boodies and less postoperative influence on spine function.更多还原
