【摘要】 我院自1989年以来,共收治踝关节骨折147例,接受手术治疗127例,109例经9个月～5年随访,优良率为87.1%.作者根据临床总结指出:正确固定下胫腓韧带联合应受到重视.外踝骨折必须做到解剖复位,固定可靠.手术能满足踝关节功能的需要,对手术中存在的问题,提出一些看法.更多还原

【Abstract】 Since 1989,147 patients have been diagnosed as ankle joint fracture. 127 cases of them were performed on operative treatment. Through following up 109 cases,from nine months to five years,we obtained the fine effective rate of 87. 1%(95/109). Authors, suggest that it is very important to fix correctly lower tibicfibular syndesmo-sis ,and external ankle fracture should be repostied anatomically and fixed up. Operative treatment is surely feasible for needs of ankle joint function.更多还原
