带隐血管分支的筋膜瓣在膝关节外科中的应用
Using Saphenous Branches Vascularized Fascia Flap in Knee Joint Surgery
【摘要】 应用带隐血管分支的筋膜瓣治疗膝关节化脓性关节炎2例、创伤性膝关节炎2例、髌骨软化症2例.经随访2年～2年半,膝关节功能改善较满意.
【Abstract】 We have treated 6 patients of suppuf-ative arthritis of knee joint ,traumatic arthritis and patellar cartilage necrosis, by using saphenous branches vascularized fascia flap for a shapeplasty. The results showed satisfactory during the follow-up period from 2-2.5 years after the operation.
