聚醚氨酯结构与阻尼性能的研究(Ⅱ)
STUDY ON THE STRUCTURE AND VIBRATION DAMPING PROPERTIES OF POLYETHER BASED POLYURETHANE MATERIAL (Ⅱ)
【摘要】 在前文利用动态粘弹仪讨论聚醚氨酯结构与阻尼性能关系的基础上,进一步探讨了由聚醚氨酯作为阻尼层,高模量环氧复合材料作为约束层构成的约束阻尼结构的阻尼性能。结果表明,聚醚氨酯结构对约束阻尼结构的阻尼性能影响很大;其模量也影响材料与金属复合后的阻尼性能,而且复合后的损耗因子峰值温度(Ta)往往较聚醚氨酯的玻璃化温度(Tg)高20℃左右;适当的软硬段配比可获得在-20℃~+60℃宽温域内性能优良的阻尼材料
【Abstract】 A series of polyether based polyurethane compositions with varing the crosslink density, kinds and relative contents of soft and hard segments were prepared. The dynamic mechanical properties of the compositions were measured at 35 Hz using a rheovibron model DDV Ⅲ EA viscoelastometer in Ref.. In this paper, the vibration damping properties were measured according to the ASTM standard E 756 83. The damping curves by the two techniques are similar in varing pattern, but the peak temperature of the composite loss factor is higher 20~30 ℃ than the glass transition temperature. This may be caused by the coordination effect in constrained layer damping configuration. Very wide ranges of temperature fell in the damping region which broadened to as much as -20~+60 ℃ by the synthesis of a unique elastomer with value α was 0.6.
