固相缩聚PBT/PET共混体系的结晶熔融行为
THE CRYSTALLIZATION-MELTING BEHAVIOR OF PBT/PET BLENDS FROM SOLID-STATE POLYCONDENSATION
【摘要】 用差示扫描量热法(DSC)和小角X射线散射法(SAXS)对经固态缩聚反应后的PBT/PET共混体系的结晶熔融行为进行了考察。共混体系的特性粘度随反应时间增加而提高,反应温度高,粘度增加幅度更大。粘度增加均能使PBT、PET的熔融峰向高温方向移动,反应温度为220℃时,还能观察到PHT-PET共聚酯的结晶熔融峰。反应时间增加,晶区厚度变化不大,但长周期和无定形区厚度均略有减小,这可归因于PBT/PET共混体系固相缩聚是分子链增长过程,也是晶格完善过程。固态缩聚后分子量增加,体系的熔体冷却结晶温度受熔融温度影响较大。
【Abstract】 The crystallization-melting behavior of PBT/PET blends has been investigated by Differential Scanning Carolemetory(DSC) and Small Angle X-Ray Seattering(SAXS).The intrinsic visocity of the blends were increased with reactive time,and rapidly with higher reactive temperature.Highintrinsic viscocity of PBT/PET blends lead to higher melt temperatures of PBT,PET.A new melting peak of PBT-PET copolymer can be observed at reactive temperature 220℃.The results of SAXS indicate that crystallize layer thickness of PBT/PET blends didn’t changevigorly,and the long peried, amorphous layer thickness decrease slightly with the increasing of reactive time.These can be contributed to the improverment ofmolecular weight,and the perfect of PBT,PET crystallize with higher molecular weight of PBT/PET blends, the cooling-crystallization temperatures from melting were affected by melting temperatures.
