用光散射法研究WO3膜的微粗糙结构及其对变色特性的影响

【摘要】 本文使用光散射空间分布自动测量系统对由热蒸发得到的电致变色层ＷＯ３的散射及微粗糙结构分布作了测量和分析。依据实验结果探讨了该结构与其变色特性的关系。

【Abstract】 The author analyzed the microroughness structure of heat vaporized electrochromatic layer WO3through measuring the angular distribution of its scattering, and discussed the relationship between the specifications of WO3and its microroughness status.
