【Abstract】 We have studied the cubic nonlinearities in ZnCdSe-ZnSe/CaF2MQWs using Z-scan at room temperature for the first time. We obtained the nonlinear index n2 of-4.46×10-8 esu, which is due to the band filling effect in theZnCdSe-ZnSe/CaF2MQWs.更多还原
