【Abstract】 fifty cases of cor pulmonale with high blood viscosity were randomly assigned to heparin group(n=25,received routine therapy combined with heparin aerosol inhalation)and control group(n=25,only received routine therapy). The results showed that the improvement of blood viscosity was significantly better in heparin group than in control group(P<0.01),and the bleeding time,coagulation time and prothiombin time did not change apparently after heparin aerosol inhalation treatment.更多还原
