【摘要】 采用高效液相色谱法，以含有０．０５ｍｏｌ／ＬＩＰＲ－Ｂ６，０．００３７５ｍｏｌ／Ｌ三乙胺和２％醋酸的甲醇－水（３０∶７０）为流动相，检测波长２５４ｎｍ，测定氨酚待因中磷酸可待因的含量及含量均匀度。结果磷酸可待因在０．０５～０．１２ｍｇ／ｍｌ浓度范围内呈良好线性关系，ｒ＝０．９９９５。平均回收率１００．６％（ｎ＝５），ＲＳＤ＝０．４３％。方法简便、灵敏、快速、准确，获得满意的测定结果。更多还原

【Abstract】 A HPLC method was developed with a mobile phase of methanol water (30∶70) containing 0.05mol/L IPR B 6,0.00375mol/L triethanolamine and 2% acetic acid to analyse the content and uniformity of codeine in Anfendaiyin tablets. The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.05￣0.12 mg/ml ( r =0.9995),with mean recovery rate 100.6% (n =5) and RSD 0.43%.更多还原
