【摘要】 从白蔹Ａｍｐｅｌｏｐｓｉｓｊａｐｏｎｉｃａ（Ｔｈｕｎｂ．）Ｍａｋｉｎｏ块根中分离出７种化合物，经理化常数测定，光谱分析及化学方法分别鉴定为正二十五烷（Ⅰ）、三十烷酸（Ⅱ）、二十八烷酸（Ⅲ）、β－谷甾醇（Ⅳ）、豆甾醇（Ⅴ）、槲皮素（Ⅵ）和豆甾醇－β－Ｄ－葡萄糖甙（Ⅶ）。除β－谷甾醇外，其他化合物均为首次从该植物中分得。更多还原

【Abstract】 Seven compounds were isolated from the root of Ampelopsis japonica (Thunb) Makino.They were identified as n-pentacosane(Ⅰ),triacontanoic acid(Ⅱ),octacosanoic acid(Ⅲ),β sitosterol(Ⅳ),stigmasterol(Ⅴ),quercetin(Ⅵ)and stigmasterol β D glucoside(Ⅶ)by the means of chemical and spectural analyses.All this compounds except β sitosterol were isolated from the plant for the first time.更多还原
