热轧异型钢材截面尺寸在线检测系统研究
Study on the On Line Measurement System for the Section Dimensions of Hot Rolled Section Steel
【摘要】 提出了一种用于热轧异型钢材截面尺寸在线检测的光电三维尺寸传感与测量系统。该系统在传统的三角法基础上采用结构光照明与CCD面阵摄象机相结合的方法提取工件的截面轮郭,用高速高分辨率图象采集单元将该轮廓图象转换为压缩记录的图形信息,再输入计算机。计算机在此基础上用有效的除噪技术和最小二乘法进行轮廓尺寸的计算。在实验室内采用工字钢进行的实验表明,在100mm的测量范围内系统的短期稳定性达0.2mm。
【Abstract】 An optoelectronic 3 D dimension sensing and measurement system is proposed in the paper.it is used to measure the section dimensions of the hot rolled section steel on the rolling line.The system is designed on the basis of the measurement method of triangulation.It employs the combination of the illumination of the structured light and CCD cameras to get the images of the section outline of the workpiece.By image acquisition unit with high speed and high resolution,the gray images will be converted into the binary pattern in the record of the compressed data and transmitted to the computer.Then the computer uses the effective method of the abating noise and least square method to calculate the measured dimensions.The experimental results using I steel in the laboratory show that the short term stability of this system has reached about 0.2mm within the measurement range of 100mm.
