应用Mar算子实现线阵CCD边缘高分辨率定位
Application of Marr Edge Detector Operator to Improving Accurary in Dimensional Measurement of Linear Array of CCD
【摘要】 在分析CCD成象模型的基础上,提出了应用Marr边缘检测算子对原始CCD数据进行处理,用最小二乘法进行直线拟合,获得亚象元分辨率边缘数据的数值计算方法。仿真计算表明,经过一阶误差校正,该算法可达到优于0.01象元的定位分辨率。对算法在不同条件下的定位能力进行了讨论,给出了实验结果。
【Abstract】 Based on the analysis of CCD imaging model,an algorithm for location of edge position in sub pixel resolution is presented in this paper.First,Marr operator is applied to processing the CCD data,then uses least square fitting to detect the zero cross position in sub pixel resolution.After correction of the first class systematic error,the accuracy of edge detection is better than 0.01 pixel.The measurement errors of this algorithm in different conditions are discussed.Some experimental results are given.
