模态疲劳试验法在锥齿轮故障分析中的应用

【摘要】 某飞机发动机锥齿轮曾经多次在飞行作业中破坏而导致事故.为寻找事故原因,我们对该齿轮进行了试验模态分析,并在振动台上进行节径型模态疲劳试验,终于在实验室实现了故障再现,为该齿轮失效机理分析提供了重要依据,并为今后同类齿轮的振动设计提供了一种研究手段,为我国齿轮设计准则提出了一个新课题.

【Abstract】 The breakdowns have happened many times to an airplane engine as a result of the break of a taper gear. In order to find the reason, modal analysis was performed and twodiameter-nodes modal fatigue test on the gear was conducted on a shaker. The breakdown reappearance was realized. Erperimental data were collected which Provide an important basis for analyzing breakdown mechanism of the gear and enable a research methed for vibration design of the same kind of gears.
