起重机典型工况特性分析专家系统的研究

【摘要】 汽车起重机负载运动规律是设计液压系统以及优化匹配液压系统和负载之间的关系的基础。只有精确地确定典型工况,才能找出负载运动规律。本文针对不同类型、不同型号、不同规格的起重机,根据其工况确定的随机性、经验性强的特点,采用专家系统技术,建立了确定典型工况的结构模型。用C语言开发了ESDTO代替人工方法确定典型工况,并对系统的组成及其基本模块进行分析论述。

【Abstract】 The load movement rules is the basis of the design of hydraulic system and the optimization of matching the relationship between different hydraulic systems and load. The load movement rules can only be identified by precisely determining typical operating conditions. Orienting at various types, models and sizes of cranes and according to the strong random and empirical characters in the determination of their operating conditions, the expert system is adopted to establish a structural model for the determination of operating conditions. ESDTO is developed to take the place of the conventional manual method. The constitution and basic modules of the system are described in detail.
