高风温热风炉用钢的应力腐蚀
STRESS CORROSION CRACKING BEHAVIOUR OF LOW ALLOY STEEL USED FOR HIGH-TEMPERATURE BLAST FURNACE STOVES
【摘要】 以高风温热风炉的沿晶应力腐蚀断裂问题为背景,研究了低合金钢在硝酸盐溶液体系中的应力腐蚀行为。确定了温度、介质浓度、电极电位和合金元素钼对各种腐蚀类型及腐蚀强度的影响;建立了相应的温度—浓度—电位—SCC图和温度—钼含量—SCC图;确定了该体系的下临界电位和SCC敏感电位范围;发现并解释了电位振荡现象;提出了适用的SCC低合金钢。
【Abstract】 The intergranular stress corrosion cracking(SCC) problem in steel shells on hightemperature blast furnace stoves was investigated in this paper. The SCC behaviour of low alloy steel in nitrate aqueous solution was explored. The effects of temperature, medium concentration,potential and molybdenum element on corrosion types and their intensities were determined. The temperature-concentration-potential-SCC diagram and the temperature-Mo content-SCC diagram were proposed relevantly. The down critical potential and susceptibility zone to SCC for this system were ascertained. Apotential oscillation phenomenon was found and discussed. According to theinvestigation results,a SCC resistant,Mo-containing low alloy steel was developed.
