轧制液对带钢冷轧机颤振的影响

【摘要】 针对某厂2030mm五机架冷连轧机颤振问题,从理论上揭示了轧机颤振同轧制液性能之间潜在的关系──轧制液性能影响轧机动态特性,从而改变轧机颤振的临界速度。在保证必要的润滑性、附着性等物化品质指标的特定条件下,适当控制轧制液浓度,即可消除颤振并提高轧速,解决了长期困扰生产的这一难题。

【Abstract】 This paper presents the latent relation between emulsion lubricants and chatter phenomenon in cold rolling mill. It is discovered that the properties of emulsion lubricants may affect the dynamic characteristics of mill system and then may vary the critical speed over which chatter phenomenon is occurred. On certain conditions the mill vibration may be disappeared by properly controlling the emulsion concentration and mill speed can be increased without chatter.
