聚合物水溶液用于高碳钢丝雾冷韧化的试验研究

【摘要】 采用低浓度羧甲基纤维素及聚乙烯醇水溶液进行了喷雾冷却代铅浴韧化试验研究,初步分析了聚合物在冷却过程中的作用,进一步探索了高碳钢丝代铅浴韧化的途径。试验结果表明:聚合物水溶液控制雾冷的冷却特性优于单一水雾冷,钢丝经韧化后的组织和性能均可达到铅浴韧化的要求。

【Abstract】 High-carbon steel wires were fog-cooling patented using low concentration polymer (CMC、PVA) aqueous solution by means of atomization system. The effect of polymer on the cooling behaviours upon fog-cooling patenting was analysed according to cooling curves and characteristic curves measured. Thereby, the approach to non-lead-patenting for high-carbon steel wires is further exploited. Experimental results show that the controlled fog-cooling patenting with polymer aqueous solution have the advantage over pure water fog-cooling patenting in cooling charateristics, and the microstructure and mechanical properties of high-carbon steel wires patented with polymer aqueous solution come up to those of lead patented steel wires.
