【Abstract】 Based on the term of force and energy equlibrium,this paper has solved the practical calculating formula of drawing force and direct pressure force in the process of roller die drawing by the use of elementary analytic theory.The computed result is basically in agreement with the measured result.Elementary reason affecting the drawing force and direct pressure force is given,the reasons of energy saving and cost reduction with the roller dies drawing is revealed.更多还原
