CaO-SiO2-Al2O3-MgO渣系的作用浓度模型及其应用

【摘要】 应用炉渣的共存理论建立了CaO-SiO2-Al2O3-MgO四元系的作用浓度模型,将大冶钢厂和上钢五厂以及日本山阳钢厂、的轴承钢精炼渣系代入模型进行计算。选取了对钢水的纯净度有直接影响的结构单元的作用浓度对三者的脱氧、脱硫能力以及钢中点状夹杂物形成趋势进行了分析。计算结果说明,大冶的精炼渣系点状夹杂物形成趋势小,而山阳的精炼渣系具有较强的脱硫和脱氧能力。分析结果与检验结果一致。

【Abstract】 In accordance with the coexistence theory of slag structure,the model of mass action concentration for slag system of CaO-SiO2-Al2O3-MgO is created.With this model,the action concentrations of slags,which are used for the refining of bearing steel in Daye Steel Works and in shanghai No.5 Iron & Steel Works as well as in Sanyo Special Steel Co.,have been calculated.The action concentrations of the structural units of three kinds of slag mentioned above,which deals with deoxidation and desuphurization as well as possibility of emergence of globular inclusion,are compared.The results of calculation and comparison show that the refining slag used in Daye has a greater ability of preventing globular inclusion from emergence and that the refining slag used in Sanyo has greater ability of deoxidation and desuphurization.The results of calculation and comparison are in accordance with the results examinated by Sanyo and Daye.
