共聚酯型热熔粘结纤维在热粘不织物中应用的研究
Application of Hot-Melting Adhesive Fibres of Copolyester Type in Production of Thermally Bonded Nonwoven Fabrics
【摘要】 本文使用DSC和TMA方法研究了两系列共聚酯热熔粘结纤维试样的热熔行为;同时还对不同热粘工艺条件制得的四种(不同熔点)热熔粘结纤维不织物试片力学性能(主要是粘结强度)进行了测试分析。结果发现其熔融后冷却结晶行为与纤维升温结晶分析规律能较好的符合;而TMA形态分析给出的(T_f—Tm)可与不织物强度较好地关联。
【Abstract】 The process from melting to solidifing of the hot-melting adhesive fibres of two series of copolyesters has been studied by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) and thermomechanical analyser(TMA). At the same time, the main mechanical property of four varieties of thermally bonded nonwoven fabrics has been analyzed. The results have shown that the crystalline regularity of fibre samples with decreasing temperature was similar to that of ones with increasing temperature. However, the value(Tf-Tm) obtained by TMA was an important parameter in determining the strength of nonwoven fabrics.
