【Abstract】 A kind of α-hemihydrated gypsum is prepared according to the theory of solution and recrystalization,the used pottery model of hemihydrated gypsum being raw materials.Some main factors affecting autoclave technology,composition of product and quality of product arc discussed,such as operating steam pressure,operating steam temperature,and stoving temperature.The research shows that the α-hemihydrated gypsum prepared by used pottery model of hemihydrated gypsum is a gypsum gelatinizer of great strength,the high propertics in this kind of α-hemihydrated gypsum are similar to those in the α-hemihydrated gypsum prepared by fibrous gypsum.更多还原
