新的炔烃聚合催化体系及其聚合物性质的研究

【摘要】 报导由[(CO)5MoC(O)R]·N(CH3)4+Et3OBF4+AlCl3(无水)(R=Ph、)组成炔烃聚合催化体系.通过研究该体系对二苯乙炔的催化聚合,讨论聚合反应条件对聚合物得率的影响和聚合反应机理.并对所获得的聚合物进行了IR、DTA、X-射线衍射分析,测定了它们的数均分子量[Mn],特征粘数[η]和电导率σ

【Abstract】 The catalytic polymerization of alkyne in the presence of [(CO) 5MoC(O)R]·N(CH 3) 4+Et 3OBF 4+AlCl 3 (R=phenyl, thiophenyl and furanyl groups) systems has been studied. It was found that phenylacetylene, proparagyl chloride, diphenylacetylene and 1,4 dichloro 2 butyne can be catalyzed for the polymerization and propargyl alcohol and 1,4 butynediol cannot be catalytically polymerized by these systems. Effects of polymerization conditions on the yield of polymers were also investigated. IR spectra, number average molecular weight ( Mn ), the intrinsic viscosity (η) and electric conductivity (σ) of these polymers were measured. The X ray diffraction of these polymers show that these polymers are amorphous.
