石斛复方制剂的致突变微核试验
Mutagenic Study on Compound Dendrobium Preparations: Micronucleus Test
【摘要】 小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞(PCE)的微核试验是根据细胞质内产生微核的现象来判断化学物质诱发染色体异常作用的试验方法,为许多国家的药政部门所接受。本研究通过对石斛复方制剂进行微核试验,结果表明:不同浓度的石斛水提剂和醇提剂均无致突变的遗传毒性(P均<0.001),与阴性对照组比较均无显著性差异(P均>0.5)。说明,以石斛为主要原料所组成的复方制剂是一种安全、无毒、具多方面功能的保健药品。
【Abstract】 The micronucleus test on polychromatic erythrocytes of mouse marrow is one of the methods for detecting the chromosome abnormalities evoked by chemical materials ,according to the manifestation of micronucleus produced in the endoplasm. It is accepted by the drug-administration department in many countries. In the study,the result of micronucleus test for compound Dendrobium preparations showed that,there was not any genetic toxicity in the water-extract and alcohol extract of Dendrohium in different concentrations (P<0.01),and had not obvious difference from that in negetive control group (P>0. 5). It indicates that the compound preparations mainly with Dendrobium are the health products which are safe,non-toxic and effective.
