辐射交联聚乙烯泡沫塑料的阻燃研究
STUDIES ON FLAME RETARDANCY OF RADIATION CROSSLNKED PE FOAM
【摘要】 以氯化聚乙烯(CPE),十溴联苯醚(DBDPO)及三氧化二锑(Sb2O3)作为聚乙烯泡沫塑料的阻燃剂,研究了氯化聚乙烯在辐照条件下对聚乙烯泡沫塑料的影响及其阻燃性。实验表明,氯化聚乙烯的存在强化了聚乙烯的辐射交联,而氯化聚乙烯、十溴联苯醚及三氧化二锑的联用使聚乙烯泡沫氧指数超过30,甚至自熄,同时三元体系的阻燃剂的使用不影响聚乙烯泡沫塑料的成型、发泡等工艺。
【Abstract】 CPE,DBDPO and Sb2O3 were used as name-retardant of PE foam.Effect of CPE on PE foam under radiation and it’s flame- retardancy were studied.The result showed that CPE can evince radiation cross-linking of PE, and trinaryof addition being made of CPE,DBDPO and Sb2O3 made oxygen index of PE foamachieveover 30. and self-extinguish,it didn’t influence manufacture and mechanicalproperties of PE foam.
