γ辐射对小鼠脾脏及红细胞的氧化损伤
OXIDATIVE EFFECTS OF γ-RADIATION ON THE SPLEENS AND ERYTHROCYTES OF MICE
【摘要】 报道２Ｇｙ６０Ｃｏγ射线照射小鼠后２４ｈ，对其脾脏ＳＯＤ活力及ＬＰＯ含量的影响，以及对小鼠外周红细胞的ＳＯＤ活力及其释放Ｏ２－能力的影响。
【Abstract】 In this paper,the effects of 2 Gy 6oCo γ-irradiation on the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD),the contents of LPO in spleen of mice, as well as the effects on the activity of SOD and the releasing ability of O,in erythrocytes of mice,at 24th hour after irradiation, were reported.
