超声雾化空气-氩ICP-AES最佳工作条件的研究
Optimal cxperimental conditions of air-argon ICP-AES using ultrasonic nebulizer
【摘要】 将医用超声雾化器改装成了电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪(ICP—AES)的进样装置。用改装的超声雾化器进样,研究了多元素同时分析的最佳实验条件。在高频功率为3.8×0.80KW、载气流量0.80L/min和观察高度1.0cm的条件下,大多数元素谱线较强而背景辐射较弱。
【Abstract】 In order to improve the sample injection technique of ICP-AES, a medical ultrasonic nebulizer was modified. The optimal experimental conditions for simultaneous detennination of multielement were examined by using the modified nebulizer for sample injection. When the high-frequency induction power is 3. 8×0. 80kW ,the flow rate of carrier gas is 0. 80L/min and the observation height is 1.0cm,the intensity of spectral line is strong and the background is weak for most elements.
