铝酸钠溶液中苛性碱全碱的自动分析

【摘要】 本文采用流动式微量自动滴定技术,选择以磺基水杨酸、氯化钡、酚酞的混合液为载流滴定剂,滴定苛性碱;再以磺基水杨酸和酚酞的混合液为载流滴定剂,滴定苛性碱和碳酸碱一半的合量。借助自制的CPAC-Ⅲ型自动光度分析仗实现了含量20~250g/L的苛性碱和全碱的自动分析。该法快速、准确。

【Abstract】 Based onnow-automatic -micro-titrationtechnique,a mixture of sulfosalicyclic acid,barium chloride and phenolphthalein is select-ed as the carrier andtitrant for caustic soda.Another solution consisting of sulfosalicyclicacid and phenolphthalein is used as the carrierand titrant for the determinatiOn of totalamount of caustic soda and half of the carbon-ate. with the aid of CPAC-Ⅲ auto-photome-ter,the caustic and total soda in the range of20~250g/Lhave been determined with satis-factory results. It has been found that this is afast automatic method with good accuracy.
