间苯二酚荧光光度法测定空气中的敌百虫
Fluorimetric Determination of Trichlor-,fon in Air with Resorcinol
【摘要】 敌百虫在碱性溶液中与间苯二酚反应可生成荧光性的化合物(λ_(ex)为491.8nm、λ_(em)为521.3nm)。敌百虫的浓度在每25mL0~150μg的范围内与荧光强度呈线性关系(r=0.9995),回收率为91%~102%,相对标准偏差为4.6%(n=6),检测限为0.070mg/m ̄3。研究了23种离子和农药的干扰情况。为气体中敌百虫的测定提供了简便、灵敏、选择性高的分析方法。
【Abstract】 richlorfon reacts with resorcinol in alka-line media to form a fluorescent product(λex491.8nm,λem=521. 3nm).There is a good lin-ear correlation in the range of 0~150μg per25mL for trichlorfon, the correlation cofficientis 0.9995.Average recovery and relative stan-dard deviation are 95.7%and 4.6%, respec-tively.Detection limit is 0.105 mg/L.Themethod has better sensitivity and selectivityfor the determination of trichlorfon in air.
