【Abstract】 richlorfon reacts with resorcinol in alka-line media to form a fluorescent product(λ_ex491.8nm,λ_em=521. 3nm).There is a good lin-ear correlation in the range of 0～150μg per25mL for trichlorfon, the correlation cofficientis 0.9995.Average recovery and relative stan-dard deviation are 95.7%and 4.6%, respec-tively.Detection limit is 0.105 mg/L.Themethod has better sensitivity and selectivityfor the determination of trichlorfon in air.更多还原
