新试剂5-(2,6-二溴-4-硝基苯偶氮)-8-羟基喹啉的合成及与锌的显色反应研究和应用
Study on Color reaction of 5-(2,6-Di-bromo-4-Nitrophenylazo)-8-Hydroxyquino-line with Ztnc(Ⅱ)and Its Application
【摘要】 本文合成了5-(2,6-二溴-4-硝基苯偶氮)-8-羟基喹啉。研究了在Tween-80增溶下新试剂与Zn ̄(2+)的显色反应。试验表明,配合物的最大吸收峰位于545nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为6.7x10 ̄4L·mol ̄(-1)·cm ̄(-1),Zn(Ⅱ)浓度在0~15μg/25mL范围内符合比耳定律。该法用于人发中微量锌的直接测定,结果满意。
【Abstract】 he color reaction of a newly synthe-sized reagent 5-(2,6-dibromo-4-nitropheny-lazo)-8-hydroxyquinoline(DBNZHO)withZn ̄(2+) in the presence of Tween-80 was stud-ied.The complex shows ari absorption maxi-mum at 545nm with an apparent molar ab-sorptivity of 6.7 x10 ̄4 L·mol“·cm ̄(-1);Beer’s law is obeyed in the range of 0~15μg/25mL Zn ̄(2+). This method has been di-rectly applied to the determination of traceamount of Zn ̄(2+) in human hair with satisfac-tory results
