【摘要】 本文基于柠檬酸可以加速铁（Ⅲ）－邻菲罗啉还原为铁（Ⅱ）－邻菲罗啉溶液体系的光化学反应．建立了光化学动力学光度法测定柠檬酸的新方法。测定范围0～15mg柠檬酸／L，检出限达0．32mg／L。直接用于汽水中柠檬酸的分析，结果满意。更多还原

【Abstract】 A new method for determination of citric acid is dcveloped. It is based on thecatalytic effect of citric acid on the reduction of Fe (Ⅲ )-1, 10-phenanthroline to Fe (Ⅱ ) 1’ 10phenanthroline under irradiation in aceticacid-sodium acetate medium . The linear range ofdetermination for citric acid is 0~ 1 5 mg/l, and the detcction limit is 0. 32 mg/L. Satisfactory results were obtained for direct determination of citric acid in aerated water.更多还原
