【Abstract】 The room temperature phosphorescence (RTP) properties of 13 xanthene dyes on filter paper have been studied. It is found that the fluorescein dyes substituted with heavy atom have intense RTP, while the other dyes can give RTP only when perturbed by the heavy-atom agent Pb (Ac)2. In addition, the substituents have manifest effects on the RTP properties of the dyes studied.更多还原
