端视电感耦合等离子体光谱法测定高纯水中微量铜和铁
Determination of Microamount of Copper and Iron in High Purity Water by Inductively Coupled Plasma-Atomic Emission Spectrometry With Axially Viewed Plasma
【摘要】 本文报道了用高灵敏度的电感耦合等离子体光谱法(ICP-AES)同时测定高纯水中微量铜和铁。光谱仪配有端视等离子体炬和旋流雾室进样装置。方法快速、简便,测定水中铜和铁的检出限分别为0.0007mg/L和0.0005mg/L。本法已用于反应堆用高纯水的分析。
【Abstract】 In this paper a highly ssensitive ICP-AES method for simultaneous determination of microamounts of lron and copper has been developed. The spectrometer has been equipped with an axial plasma torch and a rotary spray chamber. The method is rapid, simple and accurate. The detection limit is 0. 5 μg/L for Fe and 0. 7 μg/L for Cu. This method has been applied to the analysis of high purity water for reactor use.
