L-天冬门酰胺微生物电极的研制
Studies on Bacterial Electrode for Determination of L-Asparagine
【摘要】 以谷氨酸棒状杆菌(ATCC13032)作为生物催化剂,与基础氨气敏电极结合制成对L-天冬门酰胺响应的微生物电极。在30℃时选择pH=8.5的硼酸缓冲体系,测得电极的线性范围为7.1×10-5~1.1×10-2mol/L,斜率为51.4mV/dec,检测下限为2.0×10-5mol/L,响应时间为4~7min,寿命达30d以上。
【Abstract】 A bacterial electrode for L-asparagine was prepared by immobilizing the Corynebacterium glutamicum on an ammonia gas sensor. The response of the electrode has a linear range between 7. 1 × 10-5 ~ 1. 1 × 10-2 mol/L L-asparagine with a slope of 51. 4 mV/decade in the pH=8. 5 boric acid-borax buffer at 30℃. The response time is 4~7min. The electrode is relatively stable for 30 days.
