胆碱酯酶场效应管传感器
A Biosensor Prepared by Coating Acetyl Choline Esterase Membrane on Ion Selective Field Effect Transistors
【摘要】 将乙酰胆碱酯酶和牛血清白蛋白通过戊二醛共价交联,固定在氢离子敏场效应管的栅极上,制成胆碱酯酶场效应管传感器。采用差动检测方式,用两只传感器可测出10-7mol/L的敌敌畏等有机磷农药。线性范围为5×10-7~8×10-6mol/L,具有较强的抗干扰能力,寿命为20d以上。
【Abstract】 By crossliking with glutaraldehyde, acetylcholine esterase and bovine serum albumin are directly immobilized on the surface gate of a H+-ion-selective field-effect biosensor.In the mode of differential-signal determination, use of two biosensors makes it possible todetect organophosphorus insecticides such as dichlorvos at the level of 10-7 mol/L, with a linear range of 5 × 10-7~8 × 10-6 mol/L. This method has the advantages of stable performance and strong anti-interference ability. In the PB-buffer its life is as long as 20 days.
