高分子聚合物对激光热透镜分析的增强作用
Studies on the Enhancement Effect of Polymer for Thermal Lensing Spectroscopy (Ⅱ)
【摘要】 本文报道非水溶性高分子对激光热透镜在痕量金分析中的增强作用。结果表明,聚氯乙烯(PVC)能改变体系的热物理特性,并使体系最大吸收波长蓝移,从而增强热透镜光谱(TLS)的信号强度。该方法的分析灵敏度比分光光度法高三个数量级,成功地用于化探样品中痕量金的测定。
【Abstract】 The enhancement effect of polymer on thermal lensing spectroscopy(TLS) for determination of trace gold has been studied. It is shown that polyvinyl chIoride (PVC) acts with associated molecule of gold-malachite green and blue shifts the absortion maximum of coloration system. The PVC also changes the thermo-physical characteristics of the determination system. The sensitivity of the method is 3 orders higher than that of the spectrophotometry. The method has been applied successfully to the determination of trace gold in geochemical samples.
