【Abstract】 This paper introduced the foundamental theory and two method for measuring particle size based on Brownian movement information, i. e. the obtaining methods of Particle size information and particle’s motive velocity information. The working principle of the sensor for obtaining particle’s Brownian movtive velocity, the difficulty and analysis of sensitivity threshole for detecting sensor were explained in detail.
